Jameson is a flashy 5 year old Gypsy Vanner gelding, standing at 15.1 hh. This bay and white tobiano Vanner comes from Gypsy Vanner royalty. His sire is VV King William who has sired multiple champion offspring, including the 8 times Supreme Champion and Hall of Fame Stallion GG Lyuba’s King Zeus and the winningest Vanner in the world, GG Kiss Me Kate. His grandsire, The Gypsy King, is the most well known and most recognizable Gypsy Vanner in the world. He was one of the first two Gypsy Vanner stallions brought into the United States. King was used in print advertising for Ferrari and was the model for the Gypsy Vanner Breyer horse. Jameson looks practically identical to King, with his nearly solid white right side, creating a Chimera pattern effect which adds to his startling beauty. His dam is out of Latcho Drom who was indisputably the most in-demand Vanner stallion in America. Much like his family, Jameson has already won his first Reserve National Championship in his first year of showing. We were told by a judge at his first show ever, where he took first in nearly every class he was in, that he would be unstoppable. Jameson is a showstopper both in and out of the show ring. His beauty, his calm and loving demeanor, and his incredible conformation all make people stop and stare. Jameson has had extensive training in western pleasure, western trial, trail riding, ranch riding, cow sorting, and roping. He is gentle enough to put kids on and the perfect horse for the rider that wants to grow their skill, become a big name in the show ring, or needs a solid horse to work on the ranch. He has won money in ranch riding competitions and was awarded 4 stars for conformation, movement, and personality. He loves to have a job and has spent time working in feed lots sorting and pushing cows. He really enjoys pushing cows around and has been complimented on his manners around other horses and his ability to stay calm during chaos. It has been suggested that he would be an outstanding dressage horse as well, due to his forward movement and reach. Rarely have we had the pleasure to work with such an outstanding and versatile horse who is just at the beginning of an illustrious career.
